Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. 

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, you may be entitled to a return or replacement. Please provide details and photos within 14 days of purchase so we can provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team via this link and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can process your request promptly.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products that have been used will not be replaced or refunded. 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

*Please, note, due to the nature of our packaging, the aluminium tins may get slightly dented during transportation and they will not be considered as damaged items.  

Missing Products

We understand receiving your order on time is important to you. It is just as important for us to make sure you are happy with your shopping experience with us.

Please contact our customer care team so we can organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
